Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

Delivery times for custom-made products, which have been tailored especially for you, may vary.
During promotional periods, such as Black November, the delivery time for imported products can increase significantly. These are usually ordered in larger batches after the end of the campaign. Estimated delivery time is at least 4 weeks after the end of the campaign. This is to be able to give you as a customer a really good price.
We reserve the right to run out of products at our suppliers, in which case we will offer you another product or cancel the order.
NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your withdrawal. The message should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the items you are returning.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in the event of a used or damaged product.
Uncollected packages will be charged 200:-
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
Calculated and ordered complete systems where products are not regular stock items.
Orders under the category "sponsorship and collaborations"
We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
The product warranty only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after personal changes to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.
The warranty does not apply to speakers with burnt voice coils, this is an operating error.
The warranty does not apply to incorrectly installed products.
The warranty does not apply to re-sharpening where the material is not provided by us.
Check the product carefully before sending it in. If it is not a warranty defect, a fee of SEK 495 will be charged for troubleshooting + shipping costs.
Your order confirmation serves as proof of warranty. Keep the document safe as it will be required if you need to exercise your warranty rights.
Please note that different rules apply to companies regarding warranty and right of complaint. Companies only receive the warranty rights provided by the supplier when purchasing. Companies also do not have any right of complaint beyond their warranty rights from the supplier.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 How do you proceed in the event of a complaint?
If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Complaints, see arn.se.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Knockout Sound AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or campaign offers - to be able to adapt marketing to your individual needs.
The information below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.

The payment providers (payment services) that we use are: Klarna Global and Swish (only within Sweden).
